This was my first time shipping a vehicle. I purchased a car on Ebay and the seller referred Evergreen Auto Transport to me, as a company that he used in the recent passed. Lorri was the first contact person for me with the company and she continued as my personal contact throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and friendly. The car was picked up and arrived earlier then expected, which was pleasant and did not pose any problems since the shipper arranged times by telephone. The Driver that delivered the car was nice and the price was as initially agreed
