Evergreen gave me what I felt was an acceptable quote. They promised to pick my vehicle up in Columbus, Ohio within 2 days and deliver to Palm Beach, FLorida within 3-4 days. I gave them my contact information for pickup and delivery and an hour later when I received the contract from them it said the vehicle would be picked up within 7 days and delivered within 14! I called and cancelled the order. Evergreen is the only company that I provided my information to and since I cancelled the order my elderly mother has received calls day and night from various carriers claiming that she has placed an order for a quote. Evergreen intentionally put my mother's contact information on the dispatch board so that she would be harrassed by all of these carriers to retaliate because we cancelled the order. If you are a carrier please be advised that Alberta in Columbus Ohio has NOT placed a request for a quote. If you are a potential customer please find another carrier, you will have nothing but trouble from Evergreen!

Lee placed his order on 11-30 and was told his car would be picked up within 1 to 7 days, ( anybody reading knows that is industry standard). Lee decided to cancel. We never took a penny from him. Lee never signed the contract. We are sorry Lee was unhappy with our service
