Don't pay their carriers

Just got a call from the company in Asheveille, NC that was contracted by Evergreen to move my car. It has been three months, since the car was delivered, and the transport company wasn't paid by Evergreen and now they are calling me for help.
The arrangements took a longer time then agreed and when they finally identified a carrier they raised the price by $150 which was paid to the carrier.

Bottom line seems to be that Evergreen kept the $497 I gave them and didn't pay the $300 owed to the carrier form Asheville.
