It is true, officers, shareholders and management were told by council that in fact the lawsuit was settled, and we did in fact, get our website back in October. We rented new offices and hired new staff and we were on our way to recovery. This turned out to not be true as the defendant in our lawsuit refused to honor the settlement agreement and removed the website on Monday afternoon December 12th.
The website generates 90 percent of our income so we immediately laid off our employees and stopped accepting money from customers. We meet our payroll and refunded customers with the rest of our funds. We are adding any suppliers and or customers as third party claimants to our lawsuit to recover their money and our website which we had for the last three years.
