Transportation of the vehicle was arranged by our daughter in Miami. As a result, I had no communication with the transporter until the day prior to the pickup. I received calls from a total of three different people. The first was the broker who arranged for the truck as to what to expect. The second was the person in the office of the actual transporter. She gave me her number, and the driver's name and phone number. Later, I heard from the driver as to when to expect him the next day. He arrived within 15 minutes of the time he said he would. I would definitely use this company again. Everyone involved was friendly, courteous and concerned that we were happy customers. That helped to put us at ease about the whole process of shipping our car from California to Miami.
