Evergreen contracted Recovered Carriers LLC, Jude Stypa, to ship my vehicle (July 2011). They require a cash deposit, then payment in cash to driver. After the deposit was sent and vehicle picked up, follow up was poor. I called several times to get an idea of drop off, and could not get a return call. When my car was dropped off, I suspected it had be driven: mileage difference and gas handle was lower than at pick up, also small oil pan leak (I looked underneath, it was bent in, dented). I phoned Evergreen, never got a return call. When I received a violation ticket from the State of New Jersey (for passing thru a toll booth without making payment) while my car was in the possession of the transporter, Recovered Carriers, I had documented proof that my car had been driven. I phoned Evergreen, spoke to Jerry. He said he couldn't believe it and would like to see the ticket. The ticket was sent to him. I phoned him; he stated the carrier had been notified and was sending a check to Evergreen. I have called several times regarding the issue. I have had to do all of the follow up with Jerry; he has never called me to follow up nor returned one of my calls. This has been going on for sometime. If I would have waited for them to pay the ticket, the penalty would be $500.00. Beware.
ADDENDUM: Evergreen contacted this review site and told them that they had no recollection of me being a customer (and I had just spoken to them the other day), and asked this site to remove my review. Thus I had to prove that I was a customer and now this review is reposted. again, BEWARE!

This customer is lying. Here is the proof..Look at the right where he was to put his order ID. He only put two first names. And his name...Smith. Hmm. He signed the inspection at drop off showing no damage. This may be insurance fraud. We shall see.
