After speaking with Jeff Newell all my concerns were addressed and I am satisfied with the results. There was information about a fee charged for using a credit card that was not explained at the time the quote was given. Also at that time the rebate offer was $50.00, but later lowered to $30.00. Because of the misunderstanding I should receive a check for the difference. Now thats great costomer service ! When I chose this transport service I was impressed with the information given at that time and the employees were knowledgeable, but as things go, after the service preformed comes the real test. At first I had problems getting someone to answer the phone and later was told different information about my transport. But after speaking with Mr. Newell I think he cares about his customers and wants to make sure they are satisfied. This does not happen often, usually you are on the phone for hours, transfered from person to person, you know like that comercial on T. V. SUPERVISOR !!. Thanks again for your help I plan on transporting other vehicles and using your company
