I recently used ESTES to transport a small piano from Idaho to Texas. I put in on a pallet and secured it before they picked it up. Overall, they did a fantastic job. The package made it pretty quickly and their staff were easy to work with. They called for the pick up and drop off and were right on time. The package arrived in one piece and I was able to track it as it made its way to Texas. I would not hesitate to use them again.
