Chase Williams, the manager of the Phoenix Last Mile Estes facility went above and beyond to ensure my shipment was delivered to my home today. He was complete pleasure to work with. There were a number of issues and Chase totally stepped up and resolved the issues. I am very impressed with his work ethic. Thank you very much!!!
