My first time transporting a car, so was hoping to lean on their experience. I received poor advice up front regarding the typical length of a transport. Communication throughout was poor (between my contact and the shipping company, as well as between my contact and I). I had to be far more involved then should have been necessary, especially unfortunate as I was moving and starting a new job. Wont use again.
