John talked me thru the whole process, gave me the trucking co. contacts name and also worked with them and I got excellent knowledgeof where my car was and when it was going to arrive. It was picked up and arrived right on time .
I would highly recommend Envision. I had a horrible experience with another company that took my deposit and never showed up. Envision did not take my deposit until they had arranged for pick-up and given me the name of the truck company. Very professional!!!
