The driver was clearly not an expert, there were many damaged done to a brand new BMW because he did not notice that the last tracking slope was not open. This minor mistake caused many damages to this car. In addition, all three of my cars had many scratches on the roof which requires a costly professional repaint. Beside the damage, they had a good customer service, always responsive, they were good on returning calls and offered a lot of support. Also my cars were picked up and dropped off on time.
