I am moving from VA to CA and have had my car posted for over 3 weeks with another company with no luck. With one day left I decided to contact some companies to see if I could get it shipped asap. Spoke with Jennifer this morning and her customer service skills were amazing! Unfortunately I couldn't get my car picked up today via Envision BUT there is no doubt in my mind that the next time I do transport my vehicle, I will contact Jennifer! She was so unbelievably helpful today and even did some research on the company that was able to pick up my vehicle today. Now-a-days it is very difficult to find good customer service but with Jennifer it was GREAT! Thank you so much for all of your help today! I don't think you know how much you really impacted me with your professionalism and help!
