I was debating between a few companies before I decided to go with Envision, and now I can honestly say that this was a big mistake. Jennifer Maser was the broker who dealt with my car transportation needs, and from the first day I spoke with her, she "GUARANTEED" me that my car would arrive on the day I needed it. I told her time and time again that my pick up date was as flexible as she wanted, and that the car could be picked up anytime, but that my car would have to reach the final destination the day I needed it.
As is what mostly happens after brokers take your money, my car didn't arrive on time, and I got it two days later. I ended up having to rent a car, and when I spoke with Jennifer about getting compensated for the rental car costs, she told me she could try to work something out. A few minutes later, I got a call from her boss, John Andrews, and he told me that they're not allowed to offer compensation. I guess that tells you something about the nature of their employee training because Jennifer didn't tell me she couldn't do it. John also said that they never guarantee anything, and yet again, Jennifer had guaranteed that my car would arrive on Thursday.
Overall, I was very displeased with being told one thing by the employee, and then being told differently by her boss. Envision's customer service might seem great at the beginning, but once they get your money, you're on your own.
