First time having a car shipped

This is the first time I have ever had a car shipped. I called a few places before Enterprise Auto Transport, all they gave me were unknown lead times and vastly different prices - a relatively poor initial contact. Then I called Enterprise and spoke with Rena. She took the time and explained the entire process to me and how this kind of shipping works in the background. As someone that likes to know how things work, it was good to know and understand all that was going on and all of the options, none of which the others gave me, just a price and an uncertain pickup or delivery time. Rena put my pickup in and then made a few calls right then and there, within minutes I had a pickup date and approx delivery date. I may have gotten lucky with a next day pickup date based on how things work but she was up front and honest on how all that works as well and didn't make any promises she didn't feel comfortable making. The cost estimates you get are only a guide, its best to call and discuss as there are many options and times based on demand and how many vehicles are going in your general direction. The car was picked up on time and was delivered on time for a good price, it was dirty but was shipped on an open truck, so you should expect that. If I have another car shipped, this will be my first call.
