I'm a first time user. Had lots of questions. Thay were answered completely and made me feel very comfortable. My auto was picked up on time and delivered 3 days ahead of schedule. Driver was very competent and personable. Much thanks to Rena at Enterprise for making a scary car move into a very easy and pleasant experience.
