In response to Mr. Hanson’s review, I would like to point out that right from the start, his review is not accurate. He states that we false advertise and use other carriers to transport our clients’ vehicles. On our website, as well as on Transport Reviews, we are clearly listed as a Broker/Carrier. We have our own company trucks in addition to having the proper broker authority. When I made arrangements to have Mr. Hanson’s motorcycle picked-up, I gave him a call with the name and contact number for the sub-contractor that would be shipping his bike. If he was so concerned about not using a broker, why didn’t he put a stop to it as soon as he knew that another carrier would be used? I would have preferred to use one of our own drivers but in order to accommodate Mr. Hanson in a reasonable time frame I chose to use a sub-contractor as he was in a rush to receive his bike. He states on his review details that the pick-up of his bike was late which is false because he was informed from the beginning that unfortunately, some trips take longer to set up than others. He also states that the bike was never delivered which is again, completely false because it was delivered on the same day that he posted his review. These are all points that he conveniently left out. His motorcycle was not damaged in any way but was delivered one day later than we had anticipated which in my opinion, is the only thing that we are guilty of. I spoke with Mr. Hanson about his review and he is aware that he has the ability to go back and edit his false points. Whether or not he chooses to do so is up to him but as a potential customer, you make the call. Unfortunately, you cannot contact Mr. Hanson because he did not leave a live link to be able to e-mail him. I wonder why?
