Having a car shipped can be a very uneasy experience. Juan with Elite Auto Shipping made the process easy, and put me at ease about the drivers, insurance, and assurance that the car would be delivered in the condition it was picked up in. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my many questions, and really made me comfortable with everything before I moved forward. Pricing was good, but Juan's service was absolutely excellent. He got the delivery scheduled quickly, was in touch throughout the process, and was always very kind and patient throughout. I really wish everyone I dealt with was anywhere close to as patient and thorough as Juan. If I eve have another car shipped, I will 100% be calling Juan, and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking of having a car shipped.
