I would gave 5 stars due to the driver and his Profesionalism.i explained to rep I have an intoxalock in my car,I reiterated about 3 times.the device needs to blown in to start the car.when transporter arrived,he explained he was told about intoxalock he always a pick up due it being a car.je said it would 200 more and he just take the car.i was grateful,cause I was moving on a schedule,if he canceled my move would of been shambles.it all worked out in the end.but the rep on phone should of related this information.
