Watch out for the Bait and Switch

This company gets one star because they won't let you give them zero. I was contacted by Christina and signed a contract to transport my vehicle from Denver to West Palm Beach - three days before I was leaving (which was clearly explained to Christina). On the day the driver was suppose to show, I heard nothing from Christina or anyone else for that matter. Finally at 4:30 pm I called Elite's main number and was told I needed to speak with Christina. When she called me she said the driver had broken down, but they would have another driver pick up me vehicle the following day (Tuesday). Christina called on Tuesday to say she had another driver who could pick up my vehicle, but it would be an additional $300 (the bait and switch). I declined. I didn't hear anything for three more days when I receive a text from Christina saying she could have a driver there tomorrow (Saturday versus the original pick-up of the prior Monday), but it too would be for more money than we had contracted.
