From the first email and text to the final delivery and follow-up, this company REALLY cared about me as more then a customer, I felt like I was one of their family. Christine, stayed on the phone with me as we corrected an error on the contract and confirmed the correction. She also advised me as to the drivers name and contact number. The driver (Angel) contacted me and prepared me for readying the vehicle and arrival time frame. He was both on point and professional, and had the SUV loaded to my satisfaction and gave me a preliminary delivery date. The delivery was 1 day sooner then promised, BUT Angel and Christine told us in advance, so we were prepared for it . "WE" could not be available for an 8:30am delivery, SO they worked with us and agreed to a 2:30pm drop off time. The Blazer was inspected at both pickup and drop-off and condition at both points was pristine. The price had NO hidden charges, their personnel were GREAT, Knowledgeable, and professional.
