Best experience ever! I have shipped my vehicles before and this latest ship was a great experience to share. Elite (Boris) was very accommodating and not pushy when I was searching for a transport group. Once I decided to use Elite, pick up day was to be in 24 hours. I did not expect it to happen but 35 minutes after giving okay to Elite, Boris called to say driver would be at my home the next day. Amazing! The driver (Sonny) then called to confirm address and pick up time. Sonny was very accomadaring to our needs and time. Even better, he arrive exactly at the time he said he would! Loaded car and made himself available if we needed to know status of car. He also gave arrival day. And again, he arrived and delivered car as promised - on time and no damage!!! Truly an amazing experience!!! A 10 out 5!!!
