I'm not a complainer, but now when my cage is rattled then the beast come out. When I contacted this company and spoke with a Sebastian to transport my vehicles they responded in a timely manner be it email or text. Now, when I submitted my deposit he sent me a contract with my information when my vehicles would be picked up. This is when SHIT got out of hand for me. So, I was told that my vehicles would be picked up on Sat, June 26, 2021 between 10a- 12p. Now, that wasn't a problem because I had a flight to catch at 2p. I sat and waited and haven't heard anything. I called and texted Sebastian, no answer. Shortly after I called, Sebastian call me back. I shared with Sebastian that I missed my flight waiting to hear something from someone. He gave me a number to contact the driver. That number was not to the driver it was to perhaps someone the driver is related to. That person said the driver is running a little behind because he was having a problem with a vehicle he was suppose to pick up. I'm thinking a little communication would be good right? Well, about 6p the driver pulls up with no sense of urgency no apologies and still didn't load my vehicles with my help until around 8p. You see for me I called and hired Elite to transport my vehicles, I wasn't thinking when Sebastian gave me a number to make a contact with the driver. That's not my job, I believe he should have been the one to contact the driver and then communicate with me the updates. Now on the receiving end of it. So, I was waiting for my vehicles to arrive, I called and emailed Sebastian, called that same number that was given to me, no answer from neither. Moments later that number called me back and sad the driver will be there in twenty minutes. Sebastian finally replied back to my text stating your vehicles are on the way. I don't care if I need my vehicles transported to heaven I'm gonna drive it or simply find a more legitimate, reliable and professional company to do the job, I wouldn't contact Elite to transport my bicycle across the street.
