I utilized this company to move a personal vehicle to a sister who has a special needs child. I chose this company following a bad experience with another company. I explain my situation and received a quotation from Liz the customer service agent. Once the agreement was entered and signed, The agent contacted me to request additional monies due to a car show in Memphis. Upon further research there was no car show in Memphis until August 2021. I requested that the agent honor the agreement, the agent stay at there was nothing else they could do. The agent took avenge of my desperation to move the vehicle to charge me additional monies than what was originally agreed. This is a very dishonest way to do business I would strongly recommend against anyone utilizing this company due to their poor business practices.
