Don't Ever use this company

Before using this company read the reviews, I put out a request to transport my car to Florida. Elite provided a quote and I began discussions. On 1/10/2021 I received a call from Jake, I explained I needed the car picked up on 1/13/2021, he said no problem they have their own vehicles it wont be an issue. Just like everyone else I provided a deposit. On 1/13, I sent a text to Jake making sure all was well for tomorrow. He responded, "Tomorrow morning we will be able to confirm the Time". On 1/14 at 11:25am, the day of pickup, he texted "I'm sorry sir but none of my drivers are accepting to ship your vehicle. If we increase the price someone may pick it up. Clearly they didn't have their own vehicles and they were outsourced like everyone else. Just like everyone else mentioned this is clearly fraudulent behavior and they should be reported to BBB. Don't use them ever.
