I was initially working with a different auto transport company (Ship A Car Direct) since July 2020 that left my family stranded at the last possible moment. I needed to have our car transported from Washington, DC to LSU in Baton Rouge, LA in August 2020. After frantically reviewing the emails I had received from other auto transporting companies, I contacted Bernie at Elite Auto Shipping. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel hopeful that, even with only a 1 to 2 day pick-up window remaining because of my family's scheduling constraints, he would do everything in his power to help me and that everything would work out. Bernie worked very hard to make this happen and I truly appreciate all of his efforts and his kindness! Our car was picked up, transported safely and delivered to us on time!
