I used Elite Auto Shipping to bring my motorcycle cross country, from Pennsylvania to California. Despite all the horror stories out there about shippers who completely mess up the task, my experience with Elite Auto Shipping was totally the opposite. First of all, Juan responded promptly with clear information. He also didn't badger me with information. Everything he told me he would do, it was done within the time and budget he outlined. After we signed the contract he gave me a range of prices based on what the drivers asked for. It was my choice to go with one who was only 40 dollars more than the initial quote and I was very happy with the driver's work as well. Juan was always available via text of phone call, during weekends and evenings as well. The bike was delivered within the 8 days he estimated, in perfect condition, no hassle no problems. I read lots of reviews about other brokers/shippers who rip off the client, do not deliver on time, overcharge, damage the goods, etc. None of that happened with me and Juan did everything he could to address my fears. The driver he used was also available via phone to talk to me, we communicated directly the last couple of days to arrange drop off. I would gladly use Elite Auto Shipping again and I fully recommend their services. Chris
