I got to speak to Frank early this December. He gave me a good deal and an agreement was made to transport my car from Modesto Ca to Pittsburgh Ca. But the following day I had to call Frank to cancel the transaction because I had a family emergency. My father-in-law was hospitalized. He absolutely understood the situation our family was going through and without any question or delay he cancelled the transaction with nothing coming out of my pocket. Just tells you how he takes into consideration his customers interest and needs first. Frank... you are truly appreciated!
