Cody is the rep that I dealt with and he was communicative and helpful throughout the process of getting my 2 vehicles shipped from NY to my new residence in FL he called to check up on how things were going and if I’d heard from the driver directly ( when needed) and followed up to see if things were going as scheduled. I was happy with the process although I didn’t know I’d have to wait till a transporter was available. They did pick up and deliver within my few day window however but I had to wait a week or so to hear when The pick up date would be. It all worked out as planned thanks to Cody’s Help
