An honor to have the customer service from (a one of a kind employee) Michael. He had my best interest and requirements at an outstanding level. Corresponding in a vast manner to every request, payment easily walked through, a comforting mannerism, a laugh and a reassurance that my mother’s car, whom recently passed, would be transported with the most safe and reliable driver and insured company. Michael hold a positive voice and respect within this company. He values clients and delivers trust when first interacting. He’s got a Chicago charm that as a Bostonian knows the imbedded humble soul he has been raised to be everlasting. Thank you for having Michael as the front man to make my experience easy, trusting, and reassuring I’m dealing and investing in a loyal, safe company. Dear, Supervisor: I hope you take the time to acknowledge his fiduciary integrity within your company to make business and service at a level that most employers never have the honor to find.
