We were very pleased with how easy Elite Transport made moving a newly purchased Vespa. We live in the NY metro area so we didn't want to drive it from NYC out to the suburbs. Justin at Elite reached out not just by email but by phone all during the estimate process to the delivery. Other companies were sending us emails to get our business but not calling us. Elite found a local carrier to keep the cost reasonable. On delivery day Justin checked in to make sure all went smoothly which it did. Vespa arrived safe and sound. Thank you for being very professional as I have never had to transport any vehicle before and was apprehensive. I recommend Elite
