Initial service wad great and went downhill from there. This is a broker, and they farm out. The communication between them and the actual shipper is clunky. With that said, its the usual story here. When the car shows up and theres no record of the deposit to Elite. You want your car off the trailer? Pay up. Recommendation here is to go straight to the shipper and skip the broker.
