I hired this company to move a new car to my daughter in college. They told me that they could do this in my time frame and took a $200 deposit over the phone to book the job, Two days before they were to pick up my car, they called to say they had a driver on the way. I did not yet have possession of the car and told them they had to come on the designated date. Once I got the car, I immediately called and they said that the driver would pick up the car the next day. I called them the next day to get an ETA for the driver. They told me the driver had 2 cars before me, but he was still coming by 5. After 5, I called and they did not answer my call, caller ID (of course). I continuously got voicemail. What kind of customer service is this? I left messages, etc and never received a return call. Long story short..... Each time I called from a recognized number, they would not answer, The minute I called from a new number, they picked up Once they knew it was me they asked me, what can i do for you?! You know what!!!! The driver never came. I asked for the drivers number. They gave me a bogus google number and I got nowhere.
I put in a dispute against my credit card company and recouped my initial $200 deposit back claiming that these guys never delivered. To this day, I have not heard from them. I ended up hiring Auto Transport 1-2-3. They were more expensive, but reputable. They picked up my car on time and delivered it a day early to my daughter who was absolutely thrilled.
Stay very far away from using Elite!!!!!!!
Just after I left my review of what I experienced with this company, I started receiving text messages from them: Here is a little transcript taken directly off my phone verbatim.
Them: "This is (his name) from Elite. Driver wanted to pickup your vehicle on 05/05. You double booked your order with 2 different company's. Read the contract that you signed article3. Remove the review you posted or I will flood the internet with negative reviews about you" (my husband's and daughter's names). If I don't see it off asap Goole your name tomorrow, first page on Google I promise. Real Estate/class/checker/medicine."
Me: Not true! U stiffed me. U also dodged my phone calls. Now u want to make this look like I am to blame. U suck! Do not contact me any further.
Them: "Okay Google your names tomorrow. don't call me to remove because its permanent."
Me: Ok, I will just call my lawyer and now I have ur threatening text! Thanks.
Them: Okay, good luck. Its not a threat its a promise"
Me: So is mine. U can't expect to report untruths about someone u don't know and think u can get away with it. I have a right to report my experience with u and ur company with regards to the service I received. It's called customer service. Maybe u should have thought about that before u did what u did. If u want to make ur life worse, go right ahead and make this personal.
Them: "You made it personal when you put my name in your review. I have a team of 12 ppl, computer SEO. We will see who will make who's life worse."
Me: I also posted my name, u dork! I never wanted this to be a secret. I did not post this on google. I posted it in the appropriate place for consumers to do so. It is my right and u don't have a right to put anything out on google about me that is not true as a form of retaliation. It is bullying and immature. And I could get money from u for slander. Keep going. U r making my court case so easy to win if need be! Otherwise, scram
Them: "I feel differently, I feel like you are bullying me with your dishonest review. Once I dispute your charge back with your bank you will realize that I was right. I can also email you a dispatch notice, which will sate your vehicle was dispatched to a driver for pickup on 05/05. Please read the contract article 3 that you signed and approved. I won't contact you anymore. Like I said Google your name, (husband and daughter's names) tomorrow.
Me: Everything I said was true. It is my opinion and no one else's. Read ur US amendments. And a big WHATEVER to ur useless threats.
Them: "Useless huh. I'll start with you, get back to me on Monday if you don't want the same thing done to the other 2".
This is the end of the text transcript initiated on 5/15 at 4:26 PM EST by Them. Now, you can't tell me you would want to do business with this company, right!? Just saying........
After posting my review of this transcript of their harassment. I received yet another text from Them at 8:24PM saying, "Its okay, you can write as many reviews as you want now, you goon have to change your name by the time I'm done with you. I don't know why ppl don't believe me until its too late. Anything you can do to me I can do ten time worst. You must have nothing better to do then to play games with peoples livelihood, what goes around comes around. You just made an enemy for life."
I did not respond to this text....
In addition, after this harassment, I have filed a police report......... They were contacted by the police and asked to not contact me further.
They just sent me another threatening text after I proved that I was in fact a customer of his so that this review could be published again.
"Im going to tell (officer's name) strait up as I told you if you fuck me over I will fuck you over back."
I did not respond to this text.........
I have removed the representatives name because he was offended I used it, but the bottom line is use them at your own risk.........
The owner and I finally agreed to leave each other alone and he would return my $200.00 deposit. Still have not received the money, therefore, he just bought this ugly, but true review.........
