Paul had my order on April 30th, and my car was ready to be shipped on May 22nd but ended up Paul STOPPED answering my calls or returning my emails and completely disappear without providing me a response in terms of why he couldn't find a carrier to pickup my car. I was devastated because my house in California was then Empty! And I have 2 cars on hand. I absolutely HAD to ship my Mercedes C300 first so when I arrive in Penn State I would be able to have my vehicle ready. BUT, this entire PLAN was MESSED up by Paul. Honestly I don't know what to do on the very last day when my house was empty and Paul just straight out ignored me. This company is very unprofessional and is a ONE man office. Do not go with them if you are ever looking to ship your vehicle. It is a total waste of time and causes severe emotional distress.

This is entirely untrue. We had your driver reserved for the 22nd of May pickup date in advance. You were requesting an exact pickup time. I wasn't able to confirm an exact pickup time with him until the morning of pickup as he was busy with other cars to pickup in the area, but that he would give us at least a 4-5 hour advance notice so you could prepare. I told you not to worry that he would let me know the morning of and I would let you know as soon as he does. I left the office for the day at 8pm. When I got to the office in the morning, I saw your missed calls and emails that were place the night between 9pm and 11pm. You were belligerent and requested a cancellation. As promised the driver called me shortly with an exact pickup time and I tried to reach you but to no avail.
