Bait and Switch. Completely dishonest

I emailed my full and complete moving inventory list to the company. After speaking with my assigned moving consultant, he provided a quote. I specifically asked to confirm that my quote was based on a product list and if his estimate was off on poundage or cf I wouldn't be penalized. The moving consultant confirmed that if HIS estimates were inaccurate but the item was on my list I would not be charged. I agreed to the service and was emailed an agreement and credit card authorization form. I specifically asked the consultant if there was anything further I needed to do and was told no. I was never instructed to double check his work to make sure all the items I provided originally were on HIS estimate. The day of the move I double checked his inventory list and realized items I provided in my original email were not on the list Eco had created. When I worked to correct it, I was told that, for their error, the items would be added at original pricing and not the same-day cubic feet pricing. I agreed to this. When the movers did not show up in their allotted time and I had not been notified of the delay, I called the dispatch office (who answered as a different company) asking when the movers would be here. The movers showed around 2 hours later (wit a truck for yet ANOTHER company) having no knowledge of the earlier agreement I had made to add the additional products at the original rate. The additional product were at most 50cf of furniture. The driver began to inform me that the cf estimate was wrong, that my list of items only mattered as long as it matched the cf estimate (different than my consultant informed me) and that there would be at least an additional 200 cf and $800 dollars. After speaking with Eco over the next days, I canceled my order with them as they did not uphold our agreement on a number of instances. They were dishonest and, despite my thorough efforts to cover my bases, they still tried to pull a bait and switch on pricing.
