We had to use a transport company due to a medical emergency while on vacation in Florida. I contacted Tom Cook at Eclipse and due to our situation, he arranged for our car to be picked up the very next day. All this was done within an hour of contacting him. The car arrived back in Massachusetts earlier than expected. The driver called along the way to give an update and was very flexible to arrange for a meeting time and place. All parties involved were very curteous and professional.
