After having a horrible experience with another car transport company, we lucked out using EBRO to transport our car from southern CA to Indianapolis.
The driver called as scheduled to arrange pick up of our car on time. At the time of pickup it was confirmed by the driver - who was THE driver who transported and delivered our car - that our car would be delivered 6 days later. This is important because as we now know, our car went onto a truck once and stayed on that truck until it was delivered to us. No on and off and jockying around as does happen with so many other transporters.
He contacted us the morning of the 6th day to let us know when he would be delivering the car. It arrived on time and undamaged, and his demeanor and attitude were wonderful from beginning to end.
I highly recommend this company!
