Danielle was awesome she explained everything in detail from beginning to the end. I had a bad experience with ALS horrible customer service they were not honest and they took a deposit from me without having a confirmed driver. I was very disappointed . When I contacted Ebid I knew I was in good hands. She explained the process of shipping my car and she was determined to get my car shipped ASAP she even worked on the holiday. The very next day she found me a driver! I was elated , my car was delivered about 5 days later. The driver picked my car up earlier than expected. There were no scratches or dents . There was no hasle my car was delivered to my house. The driver contacted 24 hours before the delivery. Thank you so much Danielle!! You are the best!
