I am very satisfied with my overall experience using eBidTransport, and when in the market to ship my car will be using their service again. My representative Danielle was not only great about being upfront and informative about the process, but made sure to address any concerns or questions I may have had. After doing research on other companies and services eBidTransport was the one that took the time to explain everything in detail, versus just sending me an email with a quote. My situation was a little complicated with both my pick up time and date, but Danielle was great about working with me and making sure that they could work around my schedule as best as possible. I can't speak highly enough about the customer service I experienced while using eBidTransports, and would highly recommend their service to anyone else!
