They picked the car up in Utah and brought it to us in Maryland. It was super easy to work with them! I filled out the request online- they called me to discuss it, then made the arrangements for it to be picked up. They e-mailed me to let me know when it would arrive- sure enough, the driver called the next day to confirm that he was bringing it. It showed up, I paid him and we were all done!
