I called in originally and the phone was answered and I asked if I paid more and did the 72 hour pickup if it was guaranteed. The man who answered told me yes, it was. I booked online and after that I could never get ahold of anyone by phone or email. I heard nothing back from anyone. After a week I found out from the seller the car had not even been picked up yet. Do not use this company.
