I contacted Easy Auto Ship when a carrier I’d booked 2 months before gave me the run-around when it came time to assign a driver to transport my car. Zack Pedrick at Easy Auto contacted me right away via text, and when I called the number he left, he himself actually answered. Not an automated system like the other company had. Zack was very friendly and helpful. Within 36 hours my car was on its way — for LESS money than the other company had quoted me. And the driver got my car to its destination a day earlier than I expected. To top it off, Zack called me personally once the car had been assigned and after it was delivered, to make sure everything went smoothly. I also had his number, in case I needed anything. Not only did Easy Auto Ship step in at the last minute to do what the other company didn’t, they did it with awesome customer service. Highly recommend!
