Absolutely NOT! THIS REVIEW IS NOT ACCURATE YOU HAVE NOT EVEN GAVE 24 HRS TO TRY TO REACH US .I understand carrier was asking for more money upon delivery and if so we have no problem resolving the issue we are a family business and DO NOT STEAL FROM ANY ONE THE$250 was the broker for the particular route. If the carrier charged more than agreed we have to find out what the reason was ,and resolve if the carrier has no valid reason we always refund accordingly and future customers who are reading this i would like to point out how most of the negative reviews are of customers like this one who pretty much copy words from previous and jump the gun assuming and not getting in contact with us correctly sending a txt in the middle of the night to your agent obviously is not the correct way . not taking the time to follow procedure if there is any discrepancy in those terms we always take action to make things right and we offer the same to all customers please contact us to resolve this matter.
