I would like to first off by saying that I do not write reviews much at all, but for Alan’s exemplary customer service and fulfilling my needs in the fastest turn around ever, I had to write this. I fell victim to a “bait & switch” brokerage who was extremely unprofessional and relentless to get my money and then very rude when I asked questions about my move and the timelines for a truck. The guy couldn’t commit to secure a vehicle for me, on top of this extremely stressful situation. I cancelled the pick up the day of because I got a bad feeling about the safety and reliability of said company, so I called Alan. Talk about a turn around time! Within an HOUR I had my drivers name, date it was leaving, arrival date and contact information all there. I would absolutely 100% recommend Alan’s services to anyone in a move anywhere in the country. Just like my 1,900 mile move. Do not trust brokers that will change the price on you last minute and jack you of all your money. Alan is upfront, honest & very knowledgeable about the industry. I owe him and his drivers & team more than they know. Cheers.
