Terrible! Avoid at all costs. I booked them through a broker: Inter-City Auto Transport, Inc. so had no idea who I was getting. The car was delivered so filthy I couldn't discern damages. The driver rushed me through the process, asked me to sign only saying I'd received the vehicle, never did a walk around with me or asked me to ascertain damages.
After I had it washed, I saw numerous deep scratches and dents that had not been there before. I called Inter-City who referred me to EZH's insurance carrier. They sent out an adjustor who verified over $1000 worth of damages (and that was conservative). Then EZH SWITCHED INSURANCE COMPANIES. The new insurance company denied my claim and won't return calls. I called EZH directly, they asked me to provide proof and a paper trail. I sent them copies of all correspondence, photos and a copy of THEIR APPRAISER'S REPORT. No reply. I contacted them TWO MORE TIMES. They again requested all of the above, which I supplied. Then no reply. I've sent them numerous emails and a demand letter to which I've had zero reply. Do not let it happen to you!
