THIS COMPANY IS GARBAGE!!!!!

I originally scheduled a p/u of my 2005 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolutioin on 2/27/09 for an available date of 3/2/09. I talked to Phil and then Joe about setting this up and they assured me THE BEST service etc...I called them on 3/3/09 to find out when my car was going to be picked up and they said that friday the Latest. Friday comes and goes and the movers were a NO SHOW!! I had to wait until Sat. to find out why and nobody was even at the office until and hr. before they closed at 3pm. Joe called the trucker to find out what was going on and assured me that the car would be picked up by MONDAY. The next day I get a call from the seller and he told me that the wrong truck came and couldn't fit an SUV let alone my Lancer. The drivers were Russian and could barely speak English!!! I then called Joe on monday and told him the situation which once again was unacceptable! He then got back to me later on that day and said he got a new company w/the proper enclosed transport vehicle would be there the following night, for a p/u after 4pm as per my contract (the seller has to work and doesn't get home till after4pm). The trucker did contact the seller and argued with him on the phone as to when he could p/u the car and wanted to pick it up at 5am...wtf??? Like you may of guessed the driver was a NO SHOW and i'm just plain pissed off and DO NOT recommend this company to anyone! AS OF WRITING THIS WELL OVER A MONTH LATER I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE REFUND OF MY DEPOSIT AND WILL BE FILING A DISPUTE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IF THIS ISN'T RESOLVED. I did go with another company which was 5 out of 5 stars and if anyone is interested in this company please feel free to email me, thanks!
