I can not exaggerate my gratitude and appreciation for EZ Auto Movers (EZAM) team of professional, custome oriented folks. I needed to ship my daughter's car to Massachusetts from Texas in time for her to get it before her school starts. We had a narrow margin as she flew back on the 1st of Sept. and we needed the car to her by the 2nd. I went with EZAM because of a prior successful experience. I was not disappointed in my choice. Two weeks before the scheduled pick up, my daughter had an accident and totaled her car. When I called EZAM to notify them of the situation the first thing they said was "Is your daughter OK?" Then they held my contract for me as I shopped for another vehicle and when I found something that was safe and reliable there was no problem in just changing the model fo car that was going to be transported. There are many variables in coordinating this kind of shipping, and when the original transporter did not show up as scheduled, I called and the folks at EZAM responded very professionally and had another carrier on the way quickly (who turned out better in several ways). My daughter got her car on the 2nd with no problem whatsoever. The carrier and EZAM were both very responsive to my concerns and were a pleasure to work with in every way. I will definitely use EZAM again next year when it is time to ship Allison's car back again.
