Simple. They promised me my car would be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days I called and it was not picked up. It was not even schedueled to be picked up. I asked them to do something and call back. They never called back. I found another mover and ased EZ (sleazy) auto to cancel my order for lack of effort & return my money. I submitted a claim to the BBB Well... I still do not have all of my money back but they did return $25.00 whoo-friggin-hoo The girl who said her name was Candy, later she said it was Sandy... when I confronted on her name she said she uses both... she even claimed that she did not even know her bosses name... (she later remembered) I was hung up on many times trying to collect my money....

This customer was extremely rude over the phone. We had drivers that were assigned to pickup his vehicle, but everytime we went to dispatch the vehicle, he was being very difficult. He received all money due back to him as per the contractual agreement.
