Never keep promise

If I were you, Never Never Never use EZ auto (Not easy company)

I placed the order last year to move to PA
Pick-up date was 12/26/2007
I had waited more than two week
Every time I called Joe. He always said like this " look like they will pick up one or two hours later". always this way. They never never never kept promise. And then I decided to cancel because I can not wait forever and CAN Believe HIM.
I understand little delay. BUT I was and am very very very angry because they deceived me.
I had a lot of trouble because of deceiving me

I asked refund almost one month ago (actually 40 days ago). I am still waiting for refund
every time I called to this company, a employee answered my call and said that I don't have authority of refund and I will talk to Joe.
I thought Joe is still working because for almost one month I had never talked to him

And last week I contact him ( who? JOE) Finally Finally Finally. But still waiting for refund.
I am looking for the way to file this to the small court.
Not because of money BUT because these guys will do this again again again and make a lot of trouble to other innocent people
