The worst service I have ever had!!!

I strongly encourage you NOT to use this company! I received quotes from 12 companies. E Z Auto movers and another company both came in at $750 which was among the lowest. I needed the vehicle within 2 weeks, but also wanted a reasonable price. E Z Auto movers said my vehicle would be picked up within 3 days GUARANTEED, and delivered within 6-11 days again GUARANTEED!!! Why would I pay more from another company to get the same shipping date? I went with them because they could get it delivered in a good time frame and the price was right. That was not a smart decision. 15 days AFTER I set up the shipping and paid the deposit, I found out my vehicle still did not even leave the place I bought it from. Remember it was supposed to be picked up within 3 days at the latest!

I called every single day and tried to talk to Joe. Joe was never available, and when he was, he just gave me the run around and said he would have to call me back. That company NEVER called me one time! I made every single phone call to them. I demanded that I talk to someone and Frank gets on the phone. Frank told me the only way to move my car is for me to pay MORE money!!! I finally said enough is enough and Frank agreed to give me a refund and it would be processed within 2 days. It has now been over a month and still NOTHING!. I contacted my bank and am disputing the charge to get my refund. I contacted Worry Free Transportation, paid $40 more and had my truck delivered to me 4 days later.

E Z Auto Movers is by far the worst company for customer service (EXTREMELY RUDE), over promise and under deliver, and is simply NOT a recommend I would recommend even to my worst enemy. No one should have to go through all of that!

I wish that I would have found these reviews BEFORE I put my deposit down with them, it definitely would have saved a lot of time, money and stress!

We never guarantee a pickup date or delivery date unless the customer pays an additional $150. I move 3000 cars a year the customer wanted to bargin the original price of $875 down to $750 we warned him that it wasn't the right price he chose to go with his price not ours that is why his car did not move.
